The business challenge
Every part of the business ran on its own software. Sales tracked referrals across four separate tools, and recruiting, HR, management, and onboarding each had their own, all billed by the seat with no end. The harder cost was the data: live operating data lived inside the client’s core system and could not be trusted, so the owner could not see across the business.
What we built
Rather than rent another tool, we built one system for how the business actually runs. We replaced the four referral tools with a single CRM holding every account, each with an AI-written summary. We wired hiring into the same system, connected a custom applicant tracker to the job board and payroll, and rebuilt that operating data as one dashboard every department trusts.
